A general engineering company that Cnc-repair support had a screen fail on their Cnc Lathe.

After inspection and test of the cabling and machine voltages it was diagnosed that the screen had failed.

2 Options were given to the customer, a service exchange CRT or brand-new LCD flat panel monitor.

Due the age of the machine the more economic Service exchange option was chosen. The customer only experienced 2 days lost production on this machine.
