A aerospace component manufacturer that uses Cnc-Repair for Total Preventative maintenance had a XYZ  VMC with a Siemens 840D control problem. Corruption had occurred within the control, a back up of data was created and then a previous back up was reloaded from the archive files.

All software,data, programs and PLC were verified, and the machine was released back into production.
